                                                            Our Role and Responsibilities

As one of the four key sections under the Directorate of Finance, the Student Accounts Section is integral to the management of student financial life. Our comprehensive responsibilities include:

  • Billing: Management of tuition fees and other related charges.
  • Account Management: Maintenance and oversight of individual student financial records.
  • Scholarships: Efficient disbursement of scholarship funds.
  • Withdrawals & Refunds: Processing financial adjustments and refund requests.
  • Financial Clearance: Ensuring students are cleared for registration and graduation.

To ensure a seamless experience from enrollment to graduation, we work closely with the Directorate of Academic Affairs, the Directorate of ICT, and the Students’ Financial Support Office. Our goal is to handle all fee-related correspondence and registration support with professionalism and care.
